Located in Vermilion County in the State of Illinois, the Westville-Belgium Sanitary District serves to the residents of the communities of Westville, Belgium, and surrounding areas of Hegler and Home Gardens. The District contracts Westville Gas & Water and Aqua Illinois, Inc. or their successor, for reading water meters. The preparation of the utility bills, receipt of the utility bill payments and dealing with customer inquiries is with the Westville-Belgium Sanitary District.

Billing & Due Dates
Mailing Date: Bills are mailed on the 12th of each month.
Due Date: Bills are due by the 3rd of the following month.
E.g., the December bill (sent on December 12th) is due on January 3rd.
The January bill (will be sent on January 12th) is due February 3rd.
NOTE: Sanitary bills are based on the previous month's water usage.
For example, the December bill represents November’s usage.

This iconic venue has seen various owners over the years, including a notable stint as Freddy’s Tipple, owned by Freddy Seripians. Interestingly, the Seripians' family home stood adjacent to this establishment. Today, this building serves as a WBSD office, but its storied past as a gathering place remains etched in its walls.
