Billing & Payment
Westville-Belgium Sanitary District billing information is as follows:
Starting and stopping sanitary service is as easy as visiting our office at 120 E Main St Westville, IL 61883, or calling 217/267-3131. Once we receive your information all attempts will be made to complete your request on the day specified.
BILLING FREQUENCY – Billing will occur each month for all accounts in the serves area for residents of the communities of Westville- Belgium, and surrounding areas of Hegler, and Home Gardens, located in Vermilion County in the State of Illinois. We do bill a month behind to allow an actual usage charge rather than prorating the usage, in which it is provided by our contracted providers. The bills mail out on 10th of month and are due 20th day of the month of mailing or the next business day in the event the 20th falls on the weekend or holiday.
Payment Options include:
Night Drop - Items in the night drop will be picked up at 8:00 am each morning M-F. Located in the Drive-Thru on the South Side of the building.
DRIVE-THUR - parking lot beside the office building on the south side (enter off Brooks St)
ON-LINE - You can use Illinois E-Pay to conveniently pay online. Click Here
PHONE PAYMENT - 217/267-3131. Account # and amount due are required.
IN OFFICE - Debit/Credit, cash and checks are accepted.
Please note, utility accounts are not considered paid until the district has received the payment. Mail postmarks arenot considered when determining when an account has been paid.

Late Payment Fee:
A 10% penalty fee will be added to bill if payment is not made on or before due date.
