Rate Increase

Effective with August 2025 Billing

Due to the ongoing costs associated with the wastewater treatment plant updates
and the aging infrastructure, now over 45 years old, the Westville Belgium Sanitary
District (WBSD) must implement a rate adjustment to ensure continued, reliable

service and to meet increasing operational demands.

Effective with the August 2025 billing, the minimum monthly rate will increase

from $16.92 to $21.00.

We understand that rate changes can be challenging. Still, this adjustment is
necessary to keep pace with rising market costs and to maintain the integrity and

functionality of our Districts system.
